Shipping Times

Orders are prepared and shipped out within 3 business days of the purchase date. Delivery times vary by location and shipping methods selected at checkout.

Peak Seasons:
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, such as holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We offer domestic and international shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • International Shipping: We exclusively ship via DHL Express for fast, secure delivery.

International Orders – Duties & Import Taxes

To provide a hassle-free shopping experience, we now collect duties and import taxes upfront at checkout for most international orders.

  • If your country requires import duties, they will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
  • There will be no extra customs charges upon delivery—everything is handled at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure quick delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your package on our tracking page here.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info, check your spam folder or email us at assistance@shoprealhues.com for help.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Real Hues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you buy an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout to secure your order. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and may vary slightly.

Pre-orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled—just email us at Assistance@shoprealhues.com. Once your item is shipped, standard return/refund policies apply.
