- Domestic Shipping (U.S.) is delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- International Shipping is exclusively shipped via DHL Express for fast, secure delivery.

What’s a Pre-Ordered Item?
When you purchase a pre-order, you buy a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout to secure your order.

- Once your item is shipped, standard return/refund policies apply.
Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. Real Hues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at assistance@shoprealhues.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or offer a resolution based on the situation.
International Duties & Imports
To provide a hassle-free shopping experience, we now collect duties and import taxes upfront at checkout for most international orders.
- If your country requires import duties, they will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
- There will be no extra customs charges upon delivery—everything is handled at checkout.
- International orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure quick delivery.
