Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at assistance@shoprealhues.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or offer a resolution based on the situation.

Order Cancellations

We start prepping your order quickly—sometimes within hours! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Just email us at Assistance@shoprealhues.com ASAP and let us know that you would like to cancel.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout to secure your order. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and may vary slightly.

Pre-orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled—just email us at Assistance@shoprealhues.com. Once your item is shipped, standard return/refund policies apply.
